The Georgetown Steam Plant Science Fair provides a creative platform for students K-12 to share their work with their community. As a celebration grounded in SHTEAM (Science, History, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics), we are inviting you to blow our minds with science. Dig deep into the past to uncover its impact on the present, share your experiments, data, and discoveries. Exhibit your inventions and tech solutions, your artistic skills, and highlight how the power of numbers can reveal the hidden beauty of the natural world.
This year's spotlight ‘BREAK THE SYSTEM’ encourages students to think critically about our current system, its impact, and to challenge the status quo to explore new ways of thinking about how we live on Planet Earth. We are looking for projects that push boundaries, inspire change, and address real-world problems in our communities.
